Privacy policy

This site is run by a private individual — Diana, an independent consultant for Chogan Group SpA. You can reach me at healthycuisine1511@gmail.com. Here is what happens to your data on the site and in the chat.

The site

There are no accounts, no sign-ups and no forms asking for personal details. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which — like any host — keeps technical request logs and aggregate visit statistics. No advertising cookies, no profiling.

Two small things are kept in your browser (localStorage): the theme you picked and a random chat session id. They never leave your device, except when you write to the assistant yourself.

Affiliate links

Product links take you to the Chogan Group SpA shop. From that moment their privacy policy applies: the order, the payment and the delivery are on their side. I only see an anonymous count of clicks and a total commission — never your details and never what you ordered. More on the affiliate disclosure page.

The chat assistant

The assistant lives in three places: the chat window on this site, the Telegram bot, and conversations with the Facebook page in Messenger. It works the same way everywhere.

• Your message is sent to Anthropic (the Claude model) to compose a reply. Anthropic acts as a processor and does not use these messages for training.
• The thread is kept for up to one hour, only so the assistant remembers the previous line. After that the conversation starts fresh.
• Voice messages are transcribed to text (Cloudflare Workers AI; ElevenLabs for Georgian) and are not stored after transcription.
• In Messenger your first name from your Meta profile is used to address you. It is kept for up to 30 days.
• A counter of questions asked per day (a simple rate limit) lives up to 48 hours.
• If a conversation gets as far as ordering, I receive a notification with your first name and a link to the thread, so that I can step in personally.

Nothing is sold or handed to advertisers. The assistant never asks for passwords, card numbers or identity documents: payment happens in the Chogan shop, never in the chat.

Deleting your data

The fastest way is the /reset command in the Telegram bot — it wipes the conversation history immediately. In any channel you can simply write «delete my data», or email healthycuisine1511@gmail.com: everything tied to your conversation will be deleted within 30 days. Usually there is little to delete — the history expires on its own within an hour.

Data held inside Facebook or Telegram themselves is deleted in those apps; I do not control those services.
