This is not skincare. It’s a powder you drink — one sachet a day, stirred into a glass of water, morning or evening. That’s the entire routine, and the format is most of the reason it gets used rather than abandoned.
Two things worth knowing before you order. The collagen is bovine, so it isn’t vegetarian — and no collagen supplement is, whatever the label art suggests. And the 21 g is the weight of the whole sachet, not of the collagen in it: the rest is the vitamins, minerals, fruit extracts and flavour.
What can honestly be said about it is in the claims above, and it’s less than the industry usually promises. Collagen as an ingredient has no authorised health claim in Europe; vitamin C does, and it’s the one about collagen formation. That’s the sentence worth trusting.
