A serum is not a second cream. It’s light and watery, sinks in fast and leaves no film — so it goes on first, before the cream, or on its own at night.
Hyaluronic acid does the moisturising. The maker describes acmella (jambu) as a plant with a “Botox-like” effect: in their words, it gradually relaxes the small muscles whose micro-contractions cause expression lines. Kigelia leaves skin smoother and firmer, and centella with ginseng, according to the maker, firm the skin and support its own collagen production.
In the morning, under the face cream with collagen and hyaluronic acid from the same line — the cream’s data sheet lists morning use only. In the evening the serum goes on alone.
